$CRED is the currency of the Metacrafters learning platform. One $CRED equals 1 USDC. This currency is used by Crafters to pay for courses and by Metacrafters to pay course completion rewards. $CRED is minted by sending Solana-native USDC to the $CRED token wrapping contract. The contract locks the corresponding USDC until $CRED is returned, burning it, and releasing the USDC to the user.

$CRAFT is the token of the Metacrafters game world. Unlike $CRED, $CRAFT operates purely on price-discovery dynamics in the open market and is not pegged to any other currency. It has a fixed supply of 1 billion, pre-mined, and its emission is managed by the Metacrafters treasury.
